I was wondering what your thoughts would be about this article critiquing your views that weapons of mass destruction should be banned according to the NAP.

This author makes a gigantic distinction between owning a weapon and using it. Yes, there’s a distinction, but he relies too heavily on it. One of the purposes of owning something is to use it.
According to him, it would be perfectly alright to keep an atom bomb in your basement, just to look at it, not use it, in the midst of a big city. My coauthor and I see a big problem with that:
